E2R component enabling collection of weighings from all scales connected to the E2R SYSTEM is E2R Synchronizer operating as a server service.
E2R component offering visualisation of scale state in real time is E2R Manager. This application enables monitoring of the scale status (scale on, scale off) and operation state (logged-in operator, weighed batch, contractor for whom the production is carried out, currently processed order). E2R weighing module is a tool for customers of multiple industries: fish, food processing, sugar and chemical.
Recommended server configuration for correct operation of the E2R Weighing application and for effective generation of reports covering large amount of weighings collected from scales:
- Specification of E2R SYSTEM server engine;
- Server engine software:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Standard R2 64bit/x64 1-4CPU PL 5Clt;
- Microsoft SQL Server Standard 2008 R2.
The module integrates with RADWAG scales operated via PUE C41H indicator.
